CANCELLATION & SHOP’S POLICY

  • Barbers lease their stations and operate independently with limited Marketing support from The Barber Story.

  • In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, reach out directly to the barber your appointment is booked with.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - NO EXCEPTIONS EXCEPT MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

  • WE HAVE A STRICT 24 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY.

  • YOU Are able to MAKE CHANGES OR RESCHEDULE ANYTIME BEFORE THE 24 HOUR DEADLINE USING THE LINK IN THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND/OR TEXT MESSAGE you received upon booking confirmation.

  • Our Shop phone is unavailable TO make CHANGEs to YOUR APPOINTMENT. Our clients have our undivided attention, and phone calls will not be answered if someone is sitting in our chair or after hours. The online booking portal is the best option to make changes within the timeframe allowed.

  • IF YOU DID NOT GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND/OR TEXT MESSAGE, YOU DID NOT COMPLETE THE SCHEDULING PROCESS AND DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

  • If you are booking while outside of idaho, make sure you are looking at availability in MST. Bookings made for 9am PST will be handled at 10am MST.

  • ANY CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING within THE 24 HOUR DEADLINE WILL BE CHARGED THE cancellation penalty OF THE SERVICE YOU SCHEDULED, NO EXCEPTIONS EXCEPT MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.

  • APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED 24 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE CANCELLATION FEE.

  • The Barber sTORY CHARGES FOR THE TIME SLOT THAT IS BOOKED. A NO SHOW, LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION, OR RESCHEDULING MEANS YOUR BARBER WILL LOSE THEIR EARNINGS FOR THAT TIME SLOT.

  • PLEASE read and be aware of your barber’s individual cancellation policy ON THEir personal booking page prior to confirming your appointment.

  • WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING
