Endie Gallery

Artist FAQ

1. What does it cost to exhibit at Endie Gallery?

Nothing. Endie Gallery is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and charges no fees or commissions. Exhibitions are free for artists.

2. How do sales work?

All sales go directly through the artist. Endie Gallery does not handle money and takes no commission. We provide your contact info on your exhibition page so buyers reach out to you directly.

3. What types of artwork are accepted?

Endie Gallery is a material-driven space. We prioritize traditional, physical mediums such as painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, and fine art photography.

  • AI-generated artwork is not accepted.

  • Digital or hybrid works may be considered only if they serve a cohesive curatorial vision.

4. How does installation and pickup work?

Artists are responsible for installing and removing their own work during the scheduled windows. The Gallery provides a STAS rail system and basic tools. Artwork must be picked up within 72 hours of the designated pickup time or it will be considered abandoned and donated to the Gallery.

5. What if I want to donate artwork voluntarily?

You may choose to donate a piece to support the nonprofit. We have a Donation Form & Receipt available for this purpose, which includes our EIN for your tax records.

6. Does the Gallery insure my work?

No. While we provide secure premises, the Gallery does not insure artwork. Artists are encouraged to carry their own insurance if desired.

7. How will my exhibition be promoted?

The Gallery provides:

  • Collaborative social media posts to share your work with our community.

  • A dedicated artist page on our website including your biography, artwork, links to your social media/website, and direct contact info for buyers.

8. Can I photograph my exhibition?

Yes. Artists are welcome to take their own photos for personal or professional use.

9. What do I need to provide?

  • A short artist biography for the website.

  • Details of each artwork: title, medium, description, and valuation/sale price.

  • Professional, ready-to-hang work.

10. Who decides what gets exhibited?

All submissions are reviewed through Endie Gallery’s curatorial process, which prioritizes originality, material-driven work, and alignment with our mission to uplift artists from all professional backgrounds.
